Covid-19 & The Pandemic
We are aware that at present, and probably for the rest of this year, that certain requirements by the airlines and by Israel in place. This will be reviewed in January to ascertain the situation at that time.
In any event, we would of course fully comply with whatever safety protocols are required by airlines and authorities on the ground.
Three months prior to departure (June 2022), we will advise of the latest travel requirements.
Final accounts would then be sent out along with Travel Pack during July 2022 and at that time, if any person is subsequently unable to travel, their deposit will be refunded in full.
Included in the price
- Round trip flights from New York to Tel Aviv.
- Tour price includes accommodations for 8 nights in selected superior 4-star hotels with modern comforts, including private facilities, AC, TV, etc.
- Breakfast and dinners with a Galilee Fish Lunch on day 4.
- Tour bus with selected driver and guide for all visits in the itinerary and program.
- All entrance fees to sites on itinerary.
- All tips to hotels, drivers, porterage.
Not Included in the price
- Any items of a personal nature, such as laundry, drinks or coffee with/after meals.
- Lunches (other than Day 4 Fish Lunch included).
- Travel insurance. (Recommended)
- Single supplement: $760
- A twin room is allocated for single use, hence this supplement.
Tour Conditions and Payment Schedule
1/ $500.00 per person due at registration.
2/ Full payment due approx. 65 days before departure (Mid-June 2022) and you will receive an invoice at that time.
3/ Rates are based on a minimum of 25 participants.
4/ Prices quoted are in US Dollars and are based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect as of July 2021. These rates may be
subject to change without notice,due to fuel surcharges and/or currency devaluation.
5/ Unfortunately due to airline regulations for group rates, we cannot use frequent flyer miles for upgrades.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations for any reason and at any time must be received in writing and we reserve the right to apply the followng cancellation charges:
Deposits.
This will be subject to a$100, per person administration cancellation fee.
Cancellation Charges.
From July 1-14 = 30% cancellation charge/ 70% refunded.
From July 15 - 29 = 50 % cancellation charge/ 50% refunded.
From July 28 - August 11 = 75% cancellation charge/ 25% refunded .
From August 12 to departure date =100% cancellation charge/ no refund.
Biblical Resources reserves the right to cancel the trip if a situation or events beyond our control appears, and in that case, a full refund will be given.
